About the Chess Fighter List
Signing up here means a lot of things. Firstly, you don't let money rule the game. If you're winning a tournament by half a point going into the last round and a draw would secure victory you simply don't offer or take it. Honour goes before money.
Sooner or later tricky situations will arise where you have to think about what is right or wrong. If your opponent tries to force a draw by repetition, you can accept only if it means that your position will get worse by declining.
Signing up to the Chess Fighter List is not about recklessly playing for a win at all costs. It's about playing out the positions - if it is a draw, the game will ultimately end in a draw. To get an inkling about what we mean by 'dead drawn endings', we suggest you study Tony Miles' endgames against inferior opponents.

Some pros will consider it stupid to sign up to the list because they don't want to risk their livelihood, but believe me, sooner or later GMs will flock to sign up, which isn't so hard to understand considering which players organizers prefer to invite. With chessfighter.com their lives will be simple. No more short draws, happy spectators and happy sponsors!

Should you break the Chess Fighter code you must notify www.chessfighter.com via e-mail. Of course you'll be given the opportunity to write a long letter explaining your 'disgraceful' behaviour. A strict but not inhuman jury will then pass sentence on the offender.
So, take the chance, sign up to the Chess Fighter List! Become a tough guy, hard as nails, never let fear take control over your chess again. There is also the chessfighter.com guarantee: sign up and you'll undoubtedly improve your endgame play!

One last thing: team chess will be excluded, at least initially.
